I think I over did it

At the beginning of March I decided to start hiking everyday. I work out every day but usually inside and with Spring here thought I could use the fresh air to clear my head. This week I decided to jog the same trail, a little hike/jog combo. Today I had to hike quickly up hill but was able to jog the rest.

Then I taught morning Chi Kung and that's when I knew I had over done it. When senior Chi Kung kicks my butt I know I'm in trouble. I still have a busy afternoon in the office, Cardio at 6, the challenging Chi Kung class at 6:30 then Tiger (Shou' Shu' Tiger, not Tiger Woods).

I'm reaching for the Advil and BenGay right now.

Tomorrow I think I'll sleep in and do a light Yoga workout, or maybe I'll just sleep in :)
