Rich Text and images

Rich text editing and inserting images into nodes has now been enabled. You should see a ^{rich text} _{editor below} all text areas. To insert an image click on the "enable rich text" link below the text area and you'll see an icon for adding images.

If anyone wants to write a tutorial on how to do this that would be great.
