the weather does bring great memories, all the old camps and the bbq, stories, freinds, and the brotherhood of shou shu. on days like today it makes me train with such nastalgia.
things and feelings im sure im not the only one has!

im putting this blog up so if there is any one willing, id like some insite and different opinions to futher my training. its always good to have some more advice.
im going up for my tiger soon. its all there but i figure it cant hurt to make it better..... in otherwords i could use some help!
