There is a saying or adage if you will in all Hsing-I groups with regard to our Tiger animal: "The Tiger is Fearless as it Pounces". This is nothing more than a profound state of mind with how one would create a bond with there mind, body mechanics, and spirit. (or as close as possible anyway) with the mind of the Tiger. in combat you swiftly move forward aggressivly to your goal with your adversary(s) that being total Relaxed but sound control, in life with all the obsicles in a daily task this is easyer said than done, but if one has ever seen a Tiger hunting for example what does it do?. It waits for it opportunity to pounce and be victorious does it not? well one thing the Tiger Has Taught me to do in the face of an obsicle(s) is be silent, prepare, and (this obviously is the most important) when the timing is right, POUNCE, like your life depended on it, and sucess is almost always (and I stress almost) assured, with this new year change is constant, stress is gauranteed, and road blocks assured but ig you stay silent, prepare, and POUNCE!. then even if it doesn't go completly as planned at least you know you gave it your all and came out the better for it well I certainly hope this encourages all of you my friends well gotta run let me know what you all think.

Hello all I am Shifu Michael Hudson and I am a teacher of the Internal GungFu systems of HsingYiQuan and its sibling art of PaKuaZhang I am very interested in the beast arts of Shou Shu. HsingYi has 12 animal styles (which are extremely violent and vicious and for advanced boxers) after the 5 fists(elements) are learnt the name means "mind formed fist" and as the name implys relys heavely on the link beatween mind and body. PaKua has 8 animal styles but are also advanced and only taught after the 8 basic palms are learnt and perfected. PaKuaZhang means "8 Trigram Palms". anyway i'll stop for now if anyone has questions about my arts feel free to ask I share my arts freely.
