Hello all I am Shifu Michael Hudson and I am a teacher of the Internal GungFu systems of HsingYiQuan and its sibling art of PaKuaZhang I am very interested in the beast arts of Shou Shu. HsingYi has 12 animal styles (which are extremely violent and vicious and for advanced boxers) after the 5 fists(elements) are learnt the name means "mind formed fist" and as the name implys relys heavely on the link beatween mind and body. PaKua has 8 animal styles but are also advanced and only taught after the 8 basic palms are learnt and perfected. PaKuaZhang means "8 Trigram Palms". anyway i'll stop for now if anyone has questions about my arts feel free to ask I share my arts freely.

Just for everyones knowledge I invited Shifu Hudson into the site. I've always been interested in learning more about the arts he trains in. Could be some fun discussions.
