My favorite form is actually form less. It is the movements of when my chi flows and I am merely along for the ride. Almost feels effortless.

When I first started learning Tiger SSW said we should go to the zoo and observe the Tigers for while. We did and when we arrived at the zoo the Tigers just finished lunch and were napping in the sun.
"Big juicy steak followed by a nap in the sun" This is DEFINITELY my favorite move.
Actually it is probably my obsession with this move that has hindered my moving forward to actually BE a tiger. Hahahaha
