Section One- Warm Up

3.    Wheel Kick from wu chi
4.    Short roundhouse from wu chi
5.    Knife edge from wu chi
6.    Forward thrust kick from wu chi
7.    Flash of Silver ABCD
8.    Clawing panther by the numbers
9.    Shaking Crane by the numbers
10.    Crashing Anvil by the numbers
11.    The dagger by the numbers
12.    Five Swords by the numbers
13.    Left right combination by the numbers
14.    Gun attack A by the numbers
15.    Gun Attack B by the numbers

Section Two- Inward soft block
A. Inward soft block from square horse
1.    From square horse teach inward soft block
2.    Work Inward soft block on partners arm or focus mitt

B. Drive back to a horse
1.    Hands behind back
2.    Drop down extending right foot straight back
3.    Pivot to Wu Chi.
4.    Explain maintaining centerline and repeat until students can do this without bending forward (Explain the use of Gillespie strap if necessary)
5.    From neutral have student extend right hand forward. Grab hand and give resistance as student drives back.
6.     Pair them up and have them do this until the can drive back with power.

C. Inward soft block passing through wu chi
1.    Teach driving back to wu chi while presenting inward soft block
2.    Repeat until they can present in the correct place and maintain centerline while driving back
3.    From wu chi with soft block presented, teach the soft block snapping the hip into the weapon and returning to wu chi. Do not move feet or go to cat stance.
4.    Practice inward soft block from wu chi on partners arm or focus mitt.
5.    Teach inward soft block squaring hips to cat stance
6.    Practice inward soft block squaring hips to cat stance on partners arm or focus mitt.
7.    In air teach drive back to a horse presenting soft block, block to cat, cross step behind, pivot presenting opposite soft block, block to a cat.
