Sheng Chi Belt Cards
These are the belt cards as we use them at Sheng Chi. All the same techniques plus the addition of the yellow belt techniques. Most of the yellow belt techniques will be familiar and are available at http://www.shengchikungfu.com/free-kung-fu
In a way we break them down kind of like they were back in the day when it was a 3 stripe system.
If anyone has the time it would be great if they would type these out on a per belt basis. One card per belt. Easier to review from that way.

Should be blue but now that I remember I think it accidentally got left off

Nice new cards, I need to find my old ones, they are a lot different .....
stripes
Was 4, three on your belt but test for belt after you learned the 4th stripe. So book was in 4 parts That was a wile ago lol.
I use only low and high now also.
Red Dragon Martial Arts (Shou Shu) books are different and some new and removed moves. I would post them for you to see but not sure how to attach here.
